Ajman Real Estate Surpasses $1.5 Billion in Q1 2025 — Market Sees 29% Growth

Ajman’s real estate sector continues to attract investor attention, recording AED5.55 billion ($1.5 billion) in total transaction value during the first quarter of 2025 — a 29% increase compared to the same period last year. The data, released by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, reflects a total of 3,887 real estate transactions in Q1 alone.

Consistent Momentum and Market Resilience

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of Ajman’s Land Department, stated that this surge highlights the emirate’s steady growth and rising profile on the UAE’s real estate investment map. Of the total volume, AED3.63 billion ($988 million) came from 3,132 sales transactions, demonstrating strong end-user and investor demand.

Al Zahia and Emirates City Lead the Way

The highest-value deal was recorded in Al Zahia, reaching AED50 million ($13.6 million). Meanwhile, Emirates City emerged as the most traded project in Q1 2025, outperforming Ajman One and City Towers. In terms of active neighborhoods, Al Helio 2, Al Zahia, and Al Yasmeen took the top spots.

Mortgage Activity Reflects Confidence

Ajman also saw robust financing activity, with 498 mortgage transactions totaling AED905 million ($246 million). The highest registered mortgage — AED70 million ($20 million) — was recorded in Al Jurf Industrial 1, indicating investor confidence in commercial and industrial sectors as well.
