Ajman Real Estate Transactions Reach $167 Million in July

In July 2024, real estate transactions in Ajman totaled AED 615 million ($167 million), according to official data. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the total number of real estate valuation transactions was 194, representing a significant increase of 42.7% compared to June.

Transaction Details

The valuation operations covered commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Commercial properties accounted for the largest share of the total valuation value, reaching AED 338 million ($92 million), surpassing residential properties, which totaled AED 179 million ($49 million).

Valuation and Investments

The Director-General noted that the July report also included personal valuation transactions, as well as valuations for courts and institutions. The report also featured valuations for long-term golden residencies for investors, with 177 transactions amounting to AED 374 million ($102 million), marking an increase of 47.8% compared to June.
