This week, Dubai faced mass flooding due to heavy rains, causing damage to cars and property. However, real estate developers in Dubai have shown responsibility and support for their residents.

MAG Lifestyle Development promises to assist its clients affected by the recent rains. “The company will cover all costs for necessary repairs for affected residents in all its complexes,” said CEO Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah in a statement.

Emaar Properties has also made a similar decision. The company will repair all its properties in Dubai that have been affected by heavy rains free of charge. “Emaar Properties will undertake the repair of all properties in our communities so that our residents can return to their daily lives as soon as possible,” said Chairman Mohammed Alabbar.

Damac Properties, the largest private developer in Dubai, continues to assess the extent of the damage to reassure residents that all their properties are fully insured. “As we work to restore normalcy, I would like to express my gratitude to our community for their patience,” said Projects Managing Director Mohammed Tahaineh.

Dubai continues to demonstrate its resilience and readiness to assist its residents in challenging times. This city remains an attractive place for investment and living.
