Dubai Real Estate Market Records $3.7 Billion in Transactions Last Week
The Dubai real estate market continues to show strong performance. Last week, a total of AED 13.528 billion ($3.7 billion) in transactions were recorded, according to data from the Dubai Land Department.
Key Figures and Transactions
Sales dominated the figures, totaling AED 9.61 billion ($2.6 billion). In total, 3,396 real estate transactions were registered between November 4 and November 8.
Affordable Properties in Production City
Among the most affordable properties listed for sale last week were the following apartments in Production City:
– An apartment in Production City sold for AED 200,307 ($54,500)
– Another apartment in the same area was sold for AED 200,918 ($54,700)
These sales demonstrate that even in one of the world’s most rapidly growing real estate markets, affordable housing options are available.
Mortgage and Gift Transactions
In addition to sales, the Land Department also reported mortgage deals totaling AED 2.99 billion ($814 million) for the week. Gift transactions during the same period amounted to AED 928 million ($253 million).
