Dubai is preparing for a peak load. It is because of the FIFA World Cup.

The event will be held from November 20 to December 18 in Doha, and 32 teams will participate. It is the first time the World Cup will take place in an Arab country. Tens of thousands of fans have already begun booking rooms in the next countries, primarily in the UAE. The greatest interest in the World Cup is shown by fans from Europe and Latin America.

As Qatar hotels are almost busy, large fan groups are booking hotels in Dubai. The booking convenience in Dubai and Sharjah is that Air Arabia and Flydubai will offer 45 daily shuttle flights to Doha for match tickets and fan-ID holders, with tourist visas to Qatar.

Also, many hotels and public places in Dubai will equip mini fan zones and install large screens for the matches streaming in November.

Hotel occupancy and apartment rentals will be at 76%. From January to May 22, more than 6.17 million foreign visitors visited Dubai. Comparing the previous year the rate has increased by 197%.

By the way, Dubai has taken first place in the world in terms of hotel occupancy rate, ahead of New York (61%), London (60%), and Paris (57%).
