LIV LUX — reaching the final stages
LIV LUX, a 50-storey ultra-luxury tower in Dubai Marina, has reached its topping-out milestone just 10 months after the first foundation pour. Completion is scheduled for December 2026, with handovers starting in Q1 2027.
The collection includes signature duplex penthouses, among them the 15,000 sq. ft. Superlux Penthouse featuring a private art gallery, spa zone, and swimming pool — setting a new benchmark for refined waterfront living.
LIV Maritime — sold out in just one quarter
In Dubai Maritime City, the LIV Maritime project achieved a complete sell-out within just three months.
Foundation and piling works are completed, and CRCC, the world’s third-largest construction company, has been appointed as the main contractor. Main tower construction is set to begin in October 2025.
