Marriott International and Shamal Holding to Open EDITION Hotel and Residences at Dubai Harbour

Marriott International and Shamal Holding have signed an agreement to develop the Dubai Beach EDITION, a luxury hotel and branded residential project at Dubai Harbour, scheduled for completion in 2029.

The launch will mark the first EDITION-branded residences in the Middle East, further expanding the luxury lifestyle brand’s global footprint.

The new Dubai Beach EDITION will feature 165 ultra-luxury residences with two, three, and four bedrooms, alongside a 185-key hotel offering rooms and suites with panoramic sea views.
