The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has invested over AED 300 million ($81.7 million) to launch the Sharjah Collection — a portfolio of seven luxury eco-retreats blending nature, heritage, and sustainability.
The Unique Concept of the Sharjah Collection
The collection offers 154 exclusive units set across Sharjah’s most stunning landscapes: coastal mangroves, desert dunes, mountain valleys, and heritage villages.

According to Shurooq CEO Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, each retreat has been designed to reflect the natural and cultural character of its surroundings, delivering an authentic and immersive experience:

Al Faya Retreat — a boutique desert hotel in Mleiha, created from restored 1960s buildings. Guests enjoy panoramic dune views, contemporary dining, and curated desert trails.

Kingfisher Retreat in Kalba — 40 luxury sea-facing tents located within a coastal mangrove reserve, developed in collaboration with the Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA).
