Sobha Realty unveils Sobha AquaCrest — next phase of its $20bn Downtown UAQ coastal masterplan

Sobha Realty has launched Sobha AquaCrest, the second residential cluster within its ambitious $20 billion (AED 73.4 billion) Downtown UAQ masterplan — a landmark project reshaping the skyline and coastline of Umm Al Quwain.

A new coastal city rises in the Northern Emirates

Spanning 25 million sq ft, Downtown UAQ | Sobha Realty is one of the largest and most visionary coastal developments in the Northern Emirates. The masterplan includes 7 km of pristine beachfront and an 11 km total coastline, designed to accommodate over 150,000 residents.
