Dubai-based real estate firm Tabeer Developments continues its growth trajectory following a rebranding last year, allocating AED 1 billion ($272 million) to launch projects in 2024. Tabeer Developments unveiled its new branding and latest project in the presence of industry VIPs, the Tabeer management team, and hundreds of real estate brokers.

New Project: Parkside Boulevard

The newly announced residential project, Parkside Boulevard, adds to Tabeer’s portfolio of affordable luxury, consisting of high-end residential complexes. The management team recently began construction on Parkside Boulevard, set to be completed in Arjan in Q4 2026, positioned as a family-friendly development.

Founded in 2014, Tabeer Developments aims to provide high-quality, affordable living spaces. Today, its real estate portfolio includes projects in the following areas:

– Dubai Sports City
– Arjan

Completed Projects and Future Plans

Over the past decade, Tabeer Developments has successfully completed three projects in the city: Dragon Views and Tabeer 1 in International City, and V2 in Dubai Sports City. Continuing to expand its portfolio last year, Tabeer Developments is set to deliver 48 Parkside in Arjan and 99 Park Place in JVC this year.
