The luxurious Wadi Villas complex, valued at $135 million, has begun construction in Dubai.
Arista Properties, a Dubai-based company, has commenced construction on the residential complex Wadi Villas, with a total value of 500 million AED ($136 million). The project, located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, features 30 ultra-luxurious homes within the Meydan development.
Luxury and Sustainability at Wadi Villas
Part of the Meydan complex, Wadi Villas comprises a collection of villas with four and five bedrooms, as well as six-bedroom mansions, combining high-end living with premium amenities and environmental sustainability within a resort setting.
Each villa and mansion is equipped with a private pool, barbecue area, glass elevator, solar panels for eco-friendly water heating, spacious terraces, and interiors inspired by nature.
Facilities and Infrastructure
Wadi Villas also offers a wide range of communal amenities, including a 25-meter infinity pool, a modern fitness center, indoor and outdoor play areas for children, 24-hour concierge service, a chauffeur waiting area, workspace, private conference zone, and a library.
Design
The residential spaces at Wadi Villas are designed by the internationally renowned architects Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), known for their portfolio of over 2000 projects across 80 countries and 200 awards in the last decade.
The landscaping of the complex is being handled by the leading consultancy firm Coopers Hill, with 40 years of experience in 40 countries.
Prices for Wadi Villas start at 14 million AED ($3.8 million) with an attractive 60/40 payment plan.
