The tallest attractions for the best views in Dubai

Table of content

The Burj Khalifa is undoubtedly Dubai’s most iconic landmark and the tallest building in the world. Visit “At the Top,” located at a height of 142 meters, to see the world from a bird’s eye view. On a clear day, you can see much of the city, and on a cloudy day, you’ll realize just how high you are as clouds drift by.

Looking for views from slightly lower? It’s time to visit the Observation Deck, a 70-meter track over the Dubai Creek. Standing 11 meters above sea level, walking along the deck extending over the creek allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai. In addition to admiring the majestic Burj Khalifa, you’ll also get a unique vantage point of the Mohammed bin Rashid Library.

The “Dubai Frame” is an unforgettable feature of the cityscape. Designed so that one side showcases Old Dubai while the other reveals the new part of the city, it symbolizes its heritage and future. From the 150-meter-high glass bridge, you can look down and even step onto the glass (if you’re brave enough). It’s an amazing viewpoint.

Ready to see the city from an unusual perspective? The Dubai Air Balloon rises above Atlantis The Palm, in Atlantis Aquaventure. The balloon ascends to 300 meters, providing a unique view of the Palm Jumeirah. The flight lasts for 10 minutes, weather permitting, allowing you to see the entire city.

Want to see the Palm Jumeirah from another angle? Head up to level 54 of The View and enjoy stunning unobstructed 360-degree views. At 240 meters above ground, the view stretches from Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai, and you can also walk along the outer edge of The Palm Tower and stand on transparent steps for a bird’s eye view of the ground.
