Chelsea Football Club and leading developer DAMAC have announced the launch of the world’s first-ever football-themed branded residences. The project, named Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, will be located in Dubai Maritime City and feature over 1,400 sea-facing apartments, all styled in the spirit of the legendary English club.
